Ana Luna's Menu
Captain Nathan specializes in an appetizing international menu featuring Thai and Mexican cuisine. Meals are not included as part of the standard day rates. However, for an additional charge, Captain Nathan will prepare delicious meals for you suitable for the activities of the day. Breakfast is included for all overnight guests. Throughout the day we encourage hydration and provide filtered water. Ana Luna guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, or juices.
Bermuda offers a multitude of shore dining and take-out opportunities. Guests may also bring and prepare their own meals if desired.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is provided to all overnight guests
- Belgian waffles topped with fruit and fresh yogurt, Huevos Rancheros a la Mexicana, and Eggs Benedict (classic, veggie or with ham) with Hollandaise Sauce from an old family recipe.
- Huevos Motulenos - another classic - from Yucatan village of Motul. From bottom up, blue corn tortillas, salsa, ham, eggs over easy, salsa, and feta cheese garnished with cilantro.
- Cereals and granola with fruit and yogurt.

All served with a selection of organic, co-op produced coffees, prepared via melita, French press, or espresso maker, selection of teas, Caribbean juices from Dominica, Emergen-C drink (packets of fizzy mix which have lots of vitamin C and electrolytes and a general emphasis on hydration).
Lunch
Fresh spring rolls wrapped in fresh wrapper, not fried, with chicken,glass noodles, palm hearts, asparagus, plum sauce, and fresh mint.- Sandwich on healthy bread the way you like it and three-bean salad.
- Quesadillas, classic or by request. They can be done all sorts of ways.
- Tom Yum Soup a real wake r-upper, not really spicy but very flavorful.
- Fresh salad the way you like it: Tossed, two-bean, or Greek.
Dinner
Mexican Salmon Burrito with fresh salsa -- one of Nathan's favorites!- Huachinango a la Vericruzano: A classic seafood dish, generally a snapper cooked in fresh veggies.
- Tampiqueno de Pescado. (Often the measure of a Mexican restaurant is in the carne asada version). Meal is grilled fish surrounded by small portions of taco, guacamole, beans with chips, three-bean salad, and fried plantains.
- Yellow curry with chicken, milder version of curry or spicy -- your choice.
- Phat Thai fried noodles, eggs, tamarind, is mild when served but can be fired up at table.
Thai curry, chicken, fish, pork with veggies, and coconut milk, topped with fresh basil.
